If you have purchased bamboo products from our online store, the good news is we accept refunds and exchanges, however, we have a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

The item must be unused and unworn.
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
Items must be still in their packaging and labels/tags attached to the garment you have purchased from Bamboo Creations.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase - this can be obtained from your account on this website or from the confirmation email you received if your purchase was confirmed by our system via this website.
If you purchased your items at one of our events, you will need to retain your receipt for proof of purchase and any return, exchange or refund.

For HEALTH REASONS, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on socks or underwear. Please choose the correct items and size at the time of purchase. We have sizing information available, where applicable, on our products.
The socks and underwear we sell are fully checked before being posted to the customer, so we cannot accept returns, unless there is proof of a manufacturing fault.
Please consider the following:
Imagine if you visited a department store considering the purcahse of socks or underwear. Prior to your visit, someone else had tried on those items and then placed them back on the rack!
Consider the potential health implications!!
No one wants to buy a pair of socks or undies knowing someone else has had them on - RIGHT!?
Well, we at Bamboo Creations are no different from a department store.
So again, please choose your items carefully, as refusal of refund or exchange on these hygiene-related grounds, may offend.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, you have seven (7) days to return to us.
We require you to include proof of purchase for Bamboo Creations to accept the cost of return postage.
Once the item has been returned and the fault confirmed, Bamboo Creations will send the replacement items to the customer.
The socks and underwear we sell are fully checked before being posted to the customer, so we cannot accept returns, unless there is proof of a manufacturing fault.
