WHOLESALE APPLICATION

This form is for new Customers registering with Bamboo Creations Nursery for the first time and for existing trade customers updating their details.

Trade customers are required to register with us prior to purchasing bamboo and wholesale prices are only available on orders for Bamboo plants, Trees and shrubs. Not all businesses are eligible for trade prices.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CREDIT APPLICATION!

In order to receive the trade price, a minimum purchase of $300 is required.

50% deposit of invoice is required, and balance is strictly due on pick-up or delivery
